NotebookLM 主流程信息图\n\n每个 SKU 一张横版主流程图：\n\n- 固定 4–6 个顺序步骤\n- 每个步骤只保留一行核心描述\n- 突出角色、动作、数据或业务结果\n- 不允许 NotebookLM自行增加看似合理但未经确认的步骤\n- 不出现账号、密码、客户隐私、安装包、内部项目名及实施门槛\n\n## 三、四个 SKU 的差异化重点\n\n| SKU | 主要表达重点 |\n|---|---|\n| 单食堂版 | 单点食堂快速落地、完整经营闭环、操作简单 |\n| 多档口多食堂版 | 多档口协同、多食堂统一管理、分级经营分析 |\n| 集团版 | 集团统管、组织分级、标准复制与跨区域数据治理 |\n| K12版 | 学校就餐场景、学生与家长服务、营养和食品安全闭环 |\n\n不会简单复制同一套模块再更换标题；四个 SKU 会分别冻结购买者、核心购买点、标准组合和主流程。\n\n## 四、执行顺序\n\n1. 盘点现有历史材料，保留原件并建立来源清单。\n2. 分别冻结四个 SKU 的标准定义。\n3. 先审四个 SKU 的定位、购买点、标准组合和主流程。\n4. 从同一标准定义生成产品极简版和销售极简版 XMind。\n5. 单独制作脱敏后的 NotebookLM 来源资料。\n6. 让 NotebookLM按冻结流程生成横版信息图。\n7. 回读两个 XMind 的全部文字，并目视检查 PNG。\n8. 执行最终发布门禁后，装入`01-最终呈现`。\n\n## 五、最终验收\n\n最终共交付：\n\n- 4 个产品极简版 XMind\n- 4 个销售极简版 XMind\n- 4 张 NotebookLM 主流程信息图\n- 12 份结构化 NotebookLM 来源 Markdown\n- 完整历史版本归档\n\n验收重点是：\n\n- 四个 SKU 定位明确且互不打架\n- 每个 SKU 只有一个核心购买点\n- 三类成品的产品口径和主流程完全一致\n- 销售版足够简洁、可直接对外\n- 最终目录不混入来源文件或历史文件\n- 无敏感数据、客户隐私和未经证实的能力承诺\n\n当前交付结构已经明确。正式制作前还需要补齐标准包编排技能引用的双 XMind、NotebookLM 信息图和发布验收三个下游技能；本轮全局线程归档也因沙箱无权写入目标目录而未能刷新。"}}
